Description/Blazon
A silver color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02cm) in height overall consisting of a silver horse rampant on a maroon triangle centered on a silver recessed disc enclosed by a maroon motto scroll overlapping the points of the triangle, the scroll inscribed around the top with the words "LOYALTY AND DEDICATION" in silver letters; below the triangle a silver band connecting with the motto scroll and bearing a maroon cross between two arching maroon arrows.

Symbolism
White (Silver) and maroon are the colors associated with the Army Medical Corps. The triangle is a symbol for stability. The rampant horse is adapted from the arms of the city of Stuttgart and alludes to the unit's area of service. The cross is a traditional symbol of mercy and the arrows refer to outlying dental clinics.
